What we can make...well, we haven't really worked that out, because we keep finding new challenges every day. We enjoy when customers ring us to discuss fantastic new ideas for cakes they'd like to have, because it lets us try out new ways of meeting these challenges.

Some tips on choosing a cake:
There are really four major decisions - the size/shape of the cake, the icing, the decorations, and the kind of cake.
SIZE/SHAPE OF CAKE
Do you have a large party? The average 12 inch round cake is usually enough to comfortably serve about 15 to 20 guests, and is our commonest requested cake. Remember that a rectangular cake is easier to cut and serve, so if you have a very large party consider a rectangular cake.
For a good compromise between an impressive cake and enough to go around, consider a multitiered cake. We usually construct multi-tiered cakes with different sizes, and they can even have a tier comprised of cupcakes. These both look impressive and are easy to distribute.
ICING
Most cake shops in Singapore will offer buttercream icing. While it's okay for simple sponge cakes, it often interferes with the flavour of other kinds of cake (particularly chocolate) and also melts quickly. Royal icing holds its form very well in our climate, and Marshmallow fondant tastes incredible! It also is easier to flavour, so if there's a kind of flavour you'd dream of seeing in a cake, run it past us and we'll do what we can. Butterscotch, Hazelnut, Pandan - whatever you like!
DECORATIONS
We enjoy challenges, as this site should be able to demonstrate. We've even constructed an entire edible castle for a rather fussy nine year old! Our greatest specialty, however, is certainly flowers - the fine detail on our roses and orchids need to be seen to be believed. Some of our cartoon characters in particular are so detailed that many believe that they're simply plastic characters dropped on our cakes - we take great pride in surprising them!
KIND OF CAKE
Again, feel free to experiment. Butter sponge cakes taste fine, but have you ever wondered what a layered peanut butter and chocolate cake with hazelnut marshmallow fondant icing would taste like? We don't, because we already know...
